Before you use AI

Is this task a good fit for AI, or better done by me?
Am I about to share confidential or personal data? (Strip it out first.)
Have I given enough context for a useful answer?
Do I know what a good result looks like before I start?

After you get the output

Is the information accurate? (I checked the facts, not just the vibe.)
Did I share only what was necessary?
Have I verified the output against a real source?
Am I thinking critically — would I defend this in front of a judge panel?
Does this still sound like my startup, in my voice?
